Celebrating 25 years of psychology shaping the future of work

About the Workforce Experience Conference

In 2025, the Association for Business Psychology (ABP) celebrates 25 years of championing the profession, advocating for excellence, and shaping the future of work. The Workforce Experience Conference 2025: Guardianship and Growth is more than just an event—it is a celebration of our journey and a bold step into the future of business psychology.

Over two immersive days, this landmark conference will bring together world-class speakers, forward-thinking practitioners, and industry pioneers to explore the evolving role of psychology in the workplace. From AI and psychometrics to leadership, ethics, and the future of our profession, this conference is designed to inspire, challenge, and connect.

With keynote addresses from Dr Liza Walter-Nelson (Chair, DOP, BPS), Dr Amanda Potter (Zircon), and Michelle Hartley (HR Guru), as well as dynamic panel discussions and interactive sessions, this is your opportunity to be at the heart of the conversation that will define the future of our field.

As we mark 25 years of the ABP, we recognise both the challenges and opportunities ahead. The world of work is evolving faster than ever, and business psychology is at the centre of this transformation. Whether you are a leader, business owner, psychologist, recruiter, founder, CEO, or HR professional, this event will equip you with the insights and connections to navigate and shape the workforce experience of the future.

Join us on 30 April – 01 May 2025 and celebrate a quarter-century of the ABP while looking ahead to the next era of impact and innovation!

As an exclusive offer, all Conference attendees will receive a 10% discount on any ABP Business Psychology Certifications they sign up for before 31st May 2025. You can find out how it works by clicking here.
